Welcome to Nomadic Training, where we redefine your movement, strength, power, mobility, and confidence. Where you train, how you train, why and with who, are all factors that contribute to your progress. You are not alone, and you are not without hope. At Nomadic, your training and well being is our number one priority. Forget where you've been, but remember how you got here. The journey begins now and we're all in it together. So, welcome, to the Nomadic family.
A strong foundation is crucial and its development starts at home. Your nutrition, sleep, and general lifestyle will make up that foundation. Once that is established, baseline and fundamental training systems will be incorporated into your routine. ensuring your progress and gains are sustainable and more importantly, strong. You can't walk into a gym expecting to squat 200lbs, nor can you come in and start throwing around a kettlebell. However, with the assistance of your coaches and developing that baseline of strength, mobility and stamina, you can be sure your goals will be attained and redefined on a regular basis.
The service we render to others is really the rent we pay for our room on this earth. It is obvious that man himself is a traveler; that the purpose of this world is not to have and to hold, but to give and serve. There can be no other meaning. - Sir Wilfred T. Grenfell
I will not tell you how to define success. Success is subjective, and we are all individuals. However, I will tell you this; there can be no gaps. You cannot neglect your nutrition and expect to perform in the gym. You cannot expect to move if you have poor mobility and stiff joints. Sleep. Sleep. And more sleep. Forget about results if you're out partying all hours of the night. Sleep is recovery. So make sure you're getting enough of it. Hydration is key, and no, pop doesn't count.
There is one truth when it comes to training and fitness, and it actually applies to life and all of its facets; hard work pays off. Simple. Don't try and deviate from that truth. Anyone I know, who has worked hard and demonstrated commitment and discipline, has never walked away from that task empty handed or without yield.
As you can see, we offer no quick fixes or promises that alleviate your accountability. Don't be discouraged, and don't be afraid. Like I said earlier, you are not alone on this journey. We all work hard together, sometimes for a common goal and sometimes for a unique goal. But together, as a family, we will achieve what we set out for. That is the Nomadic promise, and that is the Nomadic way.

"Incredible workout. Probably one of the most challenging training sessions I've done. But tremendously rewarding."
"I wanted to increase my performance in the gym. Steve knew a lot about weightlifting. His cues and coaching style were exactly what I was looking for."
"Anjali bridges the gap between the psychology of training, and the physical work itself…..an amazing instructor and teacher."
"I thought lifting weights would make me big, and bulky, but after training with Anjali, I quickly learned cardio training was not going to get me toned, it was in fact the strength training that was going to get me the results I wanted."
"My experience as a gym-goer was severely limited before attending my first bootcamp. I have to admit, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with everyone else and that I would look like a complete newbie. My first class wasn’t at all what I expected. It was awesome! Steve took the time to show me some of the exercises, he managed to put me at ease and wasn’t in my face about my lack of knowledge. Throughout the class he managed to keep all of us motivated to keep going, and to push through the urge to quit. As a result of my great experience, I've continued to attend. Steve has the knowledge and the skills to help anyone get to their desired degree of athleticism. I recommend that anyone, no matter their fitness level, give Nomadic a try. You won’t regret it."
